Olivia Rodrigo's New Album Teaser Is Full Of Easter Eggs

Olivia Rodrigo really is Taylor Swift's mini-me — at least according to fans. The singer released a teaser for her upcoming album, GUTS, and leaving fans in shambles as they rush to decode the video.

Whether you're a self-proclaimed Swiftie or not, everyone knows that Taylor loves a good Easter egg (AKA a clue) to give fans an idea of what's to come. It's become a huge tool for her business, as more people join her fanbase, eager to be the first to uncover the hidden meanings. Olivia is a longtime Swiftie and has taken notes from her singer-songwriter mentor, giving fans a taste of her new album without revealing too much.

Her latest Instagram post is coded in elusive, IYKYK Easter eggs — with fans already speculating on what they must mean.

From this short clip alone, fans have spotted suspected song names like "Obsessed," "Stranger," "Bad Idea," "Book Club" and "STFU" throughout various elements in the room. While we don't know the *official* song names yet, it's safe to say some (if not all) of these guesses have merit.

When does 'GUTS' drop?

Rodrigo announced via Instagram that GUTS will release on September 8, less than two months away! In the meantime, we'll be listening to her first single from the new album, "Vampire," as soon as it releases.

When does "Vampire" come out?

Starting on June 30, "Vampire" will be streaming on all music platforms.

Who is Olivia Rodrigo?

Rodrigo, 20, rose to fame during her role as Nini on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. A talented singer and actress, Rodrigo was launched into the public spotlight thanks to a suspected love triangle between her, her (now ex) BF and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series co-star Joshua Bassett and singer Sabrina Carpenter.

While rumors have since been laid to rest, Rodrigo’s talent shined and the singer sent TikTok spiraling with the release of “drivers license,” followed by Sour in 2021.

Today, the three-time Grammy winner is besties with pop culture power players Iris Apatow, Conan Grey, Billie Eilish, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Charlie D’Amelio, Maddie Ziegler, and more. She's also shared the stage with celebrity icons such as Avril Lavigne, Paris Hilton, and Billy Joel.

We can't wait to hear what the pop star has been working on over the last two years!
