The 45 Most-Anticipated Fall Movies For 2023

There is nothing that puts us in a seasonal mood quite like a movie. Think about it — Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret totally got us in the mood for spring, and we copied Barbie all summer long. In addition to our Meg Ryan rewatches, new books, and long-awaited albums (we're looking at you, GUTS), this year's fall movies cannot be beat. Some are cozy, while others will have you on the edge of your seat (or, in the case of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concert film, out of your seat!).

Even though the writers' and SAG-AFTRA actors' strikes have shuffled Hollywood's release schedule (we'll see you in 2024, Dune 2 and Challengers!), there are plenty of incredible titles to watch while you indulge in the Starbucks fall menu — and before we dive headfirst into this year's winter movies.
