Sixty two percent of respondents in a recent survey from FlexJobs said that vacation time was one of the most important benefits when looking for a job. With travel opening back up and summer giving us some serious cabin fever, we're ready for vacation. Not only do these 10 companies offer PTO, but they pay their employees to travel. Count us in!



Airbnb

Not only is Airbnb one of our favorite companies to use when we go on vacation, but they also offer some seriously great benefits to their employees. Anyone who works for Airbnb receives credits for whatever annual travel and experiences they might have.
